Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://2aconstruction.com/, submitting a form, or hiring 2A Construction LLC for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services

We are a licensed general contractor (License #2ACONC*752JA) operating in Greater Seattle Area. Our services include roofing, siding, home additions, exterior & interior painting, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and related construction work. All work is performed under a signed written contract that controls in the event of any conflict with the marketing content on this site.

Estimates

Online cost calculators and preliminary figures provided on this site or by phone are estimates only and are non-binding. Final pricing requires an on-site assessment and a signed proposal. Material costs, permit fees, and discovered conditions (rot, code issues, hidden damage) may adjust the final price; any change will be documented in writing before work proceeds.

Warranty

Specific workmanship and material warranties are described in each signed project contract and on the relevant service page (for example, roofing packages carry 15-, 30-, or 50-year manufacturer warranties depending on the shingle selected). Manufacturer warranties pass through directly to the homeowner. Workmanship warranties cover defects in installation; they do not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, severe weather events, or alterations by other trades.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of this site or the performance of our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, photography, videos, copy, layouts, and design — is owned by 2A Construction LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent. Project photos taken during your job may be used in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing before work begins.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, to interfere with site security or operation, or to harvest data via automated means. We may suspend access for any user who violates these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
